We actually show all of our prices to you upfront for your vehicle. Please goto our home page, enter your zip code/select your make & model, select a date, see all fixed pricing and book online.
Do I have to book/confirm the service online with a credit card?
Yes. However, if you have a fleet of vehicles please email us, and we will get back to you promptly.
What if I can't find my make and model?
If you have a boat or rv, select the make option called "general," and pick your appropriate vehicle type for the model. If you need further assistance please contact us.
Does gAuto perform the services?
No. The independent pros render and perform all services. Learn more about the professionals on our site here.
Are the independent pros licensed and insured?
This is determined upon the local pro in your area. They are solely responsible for carrying, paying, and maintaining their own insurance / license as an independent pro.
Do the independent pros bring their own supplies (power and water)?
This is also determined upon the local pro in your area. Some are completely mobile (self-contained), others may pick-up / drop off your vehicle, or they may have a fixed shop location.
How do i get a refund?
We personally and sincerely apologize any time service does not meet your expectations. Please send us an email with your name, phone number, and order number. We will gladly issue a credit back to your credit card, and reply back to you or send you a refund confirmation.

What is detailing?
Detailing is a thorough deep inside and out cleaning of a vehicle.
A basic wash & vacuum typically takes an hour whereas a full detail on average takes about 3-4 hours per vehicle. Boats and RVs usually take longer time.
How does the mobile service work?
Most independent mobile detailers come equipped with all the materials and equipment
(including water) they need to provide service on the spot. They can typically provide
basic external wash, an interior vacuum or wipe down, a mini-detail or a full detail.
